Would you like to have the biggest laugh of your life? Then Horrid Henry and the Mummy’s Curse is definitely the book for you. This comic writing in this book will make you laugh to death but that’s not all: Horrid Henry also has a host of interesting characters to keep you entertained.

One of the characters in Horrid Henry and the Mummy’s Curse is called Perfect Peter. Peter is Henry’s brother but the two boys have little in common; Peter is a goody two shoes and he annoys Henry a lot. Much of the comedy in the novel comes from Henry’s interactions with Peter, who repeatedly tells on his brother.

In addition to the brilliant characterisation, Horrid Henry and the Mummy’s Curse contains a variety of settings. Much of the action happens in Henry’s house, but author Francesca Simon also introduces action outside the home.

Overall Horrid Henry and the Mummy’s Curse is a hilarious read that will appeal to all young people who enjoy comedy.
