Winner: an astonishing 60 yard lob from Luis Suarez has won the Sharp goal of the week! At the time Liverpool were 2-0 up against Norwich thanks to an ingenius double by Suarez and therefor you might have expected Liverpool to relax. But on the 82nd minute the ball was played through to Suarez who showed tremendous determination as he raced on to the ball. Suddenly the Uraguyan striker found himself one-on-one with the Norwich goalkeeper. Suarez knew that this was his big chance for the hat-trick and after missing a similar chance recently what Suarez did next took a huge amount of mental strength. Seeing the keeper of his line he confidently looped the ball over the goalie and into the empty net. This was a magical goal from a magical player. The goal represented the first hat-trick for Luis Suarez yet it was one of the best in the history of the Premier League!

Runner-up: This week’s runner up has to go to Kyle Walker. The young right back stepped up to take a free-kick against Blackburn in a game where Tottenham were winning 1 – 0. The wall was positioned well and there looked  little danger of a goal from that distance. However Walker curled an incredible shot high up into the top corner and well out of the reach of the helpless goalkeeper. The young full-back may have surprised a few people with his impressive performances this season and he definitely left everyone speechless when that free-kick flew into the back of the net!

3rd Place: Franco Di Santo wins 3rd place thanks to a stunning goal from just outside the box. The Wigan stricker received the ball 20 yards out and decided to place an audacious curler right into the top corner of  the Newcastle keeper’s goal. WHAT A GOAL!

I think this is a quality review Lorenzo. In fact it is the best foootball review i have read in along time. I watched all 3 of the goals and i agree with all your comments. I am a little disappointed that fernando torres’s goal was not there as i am a chelsea fan!

I agree that torres’s goals were great however they just couldn’t match the others.
